As a result of the current supernatural circumstances, the members of the Student Cultural Society must engage in more "heart-stealing." The group has already exchanged emotions, habits, and even appearances, but it seems that the main players Iori and Taichi are running out of steam. As a result, Kiriyama Yui and Inaba Himeko take charge of the latest match. The two females have to play detective and figure out who the next target for a switch will be. Their initial mission takes them to the school's rooftop, where they discover the stoic Yoshifumi acting suspiciously.
While Yui and Inaba observe in secret, Yoshifumi receives an unexpected visit from someone, and the stranger seems to push his buttons. In the heat of the moment, Yoshifumi confesses his feelings and emotions, something he has struggled with throughout the series. Suddenly, he collapses, and his secret admirer tries to revive him. Meanwhile, Inaba and Yui struggle to come to grips with what they've just witnessed. They have inadvertently played a role in someone's potential death, and they are both shaken to the core.
In an effort to clear their minds, the members of the Student Cultural Society regroup to try to make sense of what just happened. Questions arise about the true nature of their connection, and whether the consequences of their actions are worth it. In the midst of all this, a new phenomenon emerges, one in which everyone involuntarily transforms into their opposite gender. The situation is tense and uncomfortable, and not all of the members of the group are receptive to the changes.
