Ep 1. Opening Knight

Ciara is especially excited because she hopes to be chosen to join the Phoenix Squad, the elite group of knights who defend the kingdom. Prior to the competition, Arc overhears Warwick's plan to sabotage Ciara's chances of being selected for the Phoenix Squad, but he finds that this plan ultimately fails due to Ciara's quick thinking.

When it comes to participating in The Gauntlet, both Ciara and Arc face unexpected challenges that test their limits. They ultimately overcome the obstacles and emerge as winners. After realizing how much potential Arc has shown, Sir Gareth offers him the chance to become a squire to a member of the Phoenix Squad, surprising both Ciara and Arc. The episode ends with both friends being excited, and Ciara feeling confident about one day joining the Phoenix Squad.

"Opening Knight" sets the stage for the rest of the season of Knight Squad, introducing the audience to the main characters, their motivations, struggles, and relationships.
