Ep 21. Mouth of the Snake, Pt. 1

Michael and KITT are called to investigate a disturbing pair of coincidences: a rash of armored car and bank robberies in the same area, both committed by a gang called the Scorpions. Upon further investigation, Michael discovers that the Scorpions' leader is actually a former acquaintance of his from his street racing days, who has since turned to a life of crime. Michael tries to get his friend to turn his life around, but the Scorpions' ruthless tactics have left him in too deep to back out now. Meanwhile, Devon and Bonnie work to develop a new tracking technology to help Michael and KITT locate the gang's hideout. As the situation intensifies and the gang becomes more dangerous, Michael and KITT must use all of their skills and resources to take down the Scorpions before they can strike again. But as the conflict comes to a head, Michael must confront his own past and make difficult choices about his loyalties and his future. Part one of a two-part episode.
