Ep 5. Knight of the Hunter

Michael and KITT are put up against a rogue military unit that has stolen a missile. The unit is led by a crazed mercenary known as Kane, who is hell-bent on achieving his own personal vendetta against the government. Meanwhile, Sarah is feeling down about her ex-boyfriend and is having second thoughts about the whole Knight Rider mission. Michael has a hard time getting her back on board while they track down Kane and the stolen missile before it's too late. Along the way, they encounter a lone hunter who gets caught up in the middle of the chaos, forcing Michael to make a difficult decision about whether or not to trust him. The episode is full of action, suspense, and political intrigue, culminating in a thrilling confrontation with Kane that will leave viewers on the edge of their seats.
