After a long day at work, Hank Hill comes home to find his neighbor Dale Gribble in his yard, digging a hole. Dale explains that he is installing a new irrigation system, but Hank is skeptical of his neighbor's abilities to perform such a task. Dale offers to let Hank try it out for himself, and Hank agrees to give it a shot.
Meanwhile, Peggy Hill is busy preparing for a visit from her sister, Luanne Platter, who has just broken up with her boyfriend. Peggy is determined to cheer up her sister, and enlists the help of her friends Nancy and Minh to plan a weekend of fun activities.
As the weekend approaches, Hank is still struggling with his irrigation system, which is now flooding his yard. He seeks advice from his friend, Bill Dauterive, who suggests that he call in a professional to fix the problem.
At the same time, Peggy and her friends take Luanne to a local spa for a day of pampering. However, the spa's resident beauty expert, Kahndo, is not impressed with Luanne's appearance and suggests that she undergo a series of extreme beauty treatments.
Unbeknownst to Peggy and her friends, Kahndo's treatments are actually a ploy to sell cosmetic products, and Luanne soon finds herself in a desperate situation.
As Hank struggles to fix his irrigation system and Peggy tries to rescue her sister from Kahndo's clutches, the two storylines finally converge in a dramatic and hilarious climax.
