In Kindred Spirits season 3 episode 8 titled "Ghost Train," paranormal investigators Amy Bruni and Adam Berry travel to Tooele, Utah to investigate claims of hauntings surrounding the town's abandoned train depot. The depot, which dates back to the 19th century, was once a bustling hub of activity for the town's residents but has been vacant for decades.
Upon arriving, Amy and Adam meet with local historian, Brad Westwood, who tells them about the depot's history and the paranormal activity that residents have reported over the years. According to Brad, there have been numerous sightings of ghostly apparitions near the depot and strange occurrences like disembodied voices and unexplained footsteps.
In an effort to document these claims of paranormal activity, Amy and Adam begin their investigation by conducting an initial walkthrough of the depot. Using their advanced paranormal equipment and special investigation techniques, they soon discover evidence of what appears to be supernatural activity.
During their investigation, the team encounters several unexplained phenomena, including strange electromagnetic fields and unexplained temperature drops. They also capture several compelling pieces of evidence on their cameras, including images of ghostly apparitions and unexplained orbs of light.
As the night goes on, the team's investigation takes a dramatic turn when they hear what sounds like the distant rumble of a train whistle. Despite the fact that no trains have run on the depot's tracks for decades, the sound seems to be coming from the direction of the tracks.
Determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, Amy and Adam embark on a dangerous investigation of the abandoned tracks. Using their advanced paranormal equipment and investigative skills, they uncover evidence of a long-forgotten tragedy that may be the source of the ghostly activity surrounding the depot.
As the investigation draws to a close, Amy and Adam reflect on the significance of their findings and the impact they may have on the town's residents. With their investigation complete, they bid farewell to Brad and the other town residents, leaving them with a newfound sense of peace and closure.
