In episode 7 of the first season of the Irish crime drama series "Kin," tensions are high as the Kinsellas continue to navigate the dangerous waters of Dublin's criminal underworld.
As the episode opens, we see Damon (Sam Keeley) continuing his uneasy alliance with the notorious drug dealer, Michael McCann (Aidan Gillen). Damon is tasked with collecting a large sum of money from McCann’s ex-girlfriend, who is running a prostitution ring. However, when Damon arrives to collect the money, the situation quickly spirals out of his control and he finds himself in a deadly face-off with one of the prostitutes.
Meanwhile, Anna (Maria Doyle Kennedy) is struggling to keep things afloat at her family's pub, The Donnelly's. With the local gangsters breathing down her neck and her brother Jimmy (Emmett J. Scanlan) still out of town, Anna is forced to turn to unexpected sources for help.
Back at Derry's (Ciarán Hinds) hideaway, tensions are brewing as Kinahan (Charlie Cox) continues to push his newfound power and influence within the family. When a rival gang threatens their territory, Kinahan sees an opportunity to flex his muscles and prove his loyalty. However, this could prove to be a dangerous move, not just for him, but for the entire family.
As the episode races towards its thrilling conclusion, viewers are left on the edge of their seats wondering what will happen next. Will Damon survive his encounter with the prostitute? Will Anna be able to keep The Donnelly's afloat? And will Kinahan's thirst for power ultimately prove to be his undoing?

The series continues to keep audiences guessing with its dark, brooding atmosphere and complex, layered characters.
