Kim Possible Season 2 Episode 35, titled "Showdown at the Crooked D," is a classic Western-themed episode. The episode starts with Kim and Ron taking a break from their usual sidekick duties to take in a little square dancing at Middleton Square. However, their tranquility is disrupted when an old-fashioned villain duo, Dr. Drakken and Shego, make their entrance. As it turns out, the pair is in Middleton on a mission to retrieve a rare mineral, and they'll stop at nothing to get it.
Kim and Ron quickly take it upon themselves to stop Drakken and Shego's evil plot. They make their way to a nearby ranch, where they seek the help of a local cowboy named Slim Possible, who happens to be Kim's cousin. Slim is happy to help his kin and offers to take them straight to the source of the mineral – a saloon called the Crooked D.
As Kim and Ron make their way to the saloon with Slim, they run into a few obstacles along the way. First, the trio is ambushed by a group of bandits, who try to take down their wagon. But with Kim's quick reflexes and Ron's goofy but effective tactics, they manage to fend off the attackers.
Next, they stumble upon a hidden cave, where they find the mineral that Drakken and Shego are after. But before they can retrieve it, they're confronted by another group of bandits, who are fiercely protective of the mineral.
Finally, Kim, Ron, and Slim make their way to the Crooked D, where they're confronted by Drakken and Shego. In a classic showdown, Kim and Shego go head-to-head in a fight, while Ron and Slim try to take down Drakken and his henchmen.
As the showdown continues, it becomes clear that Drakken and Shego are not the only ones after the mineral. A group of aliens, who have been tracking the mineral for centuries, arrive on the scene, and chaos ensues.
Overall, "Showdown at the Crooked D" is an action-packed episode full of classic Western tropes. With its cowboy hats, saloons, and shootouts, it's a fun departure from the usual high-tech gadgets and spy missions of Kim Possible. But despite the change in scenery, the episode still features the same lovable characters and witty banter that viewers have come to know and love.
