Ep 3. Two to Tutor

As Kim and Ron help their respective students thrive, they also begin to realize that they themselves have a lot to learn about teaching and mentoring others. They both struggle with finding the balance between pushing their students to their full potential and accepting their limitations and unique strengths.

In the end, both Amelia and Brick pass their classes with flying colors, and Kim and Ron come away from the experience with a newfound appreciation for the power of mentorship and the impact that even small gestures of encouragement can have on someone's life.
