Palavas-les-Flots, 1998: Sandrine, a sloppy cop disavowed by her department, decides to take on an undercover job selling cotton candy at a fair after discovering a dead body in the ghost train. When she meets Carmen and Yvanne-two funfair workers from warring families-the unlikely trio discovers that the funfair might be the hunting ground of a killer.
