The judge disqualifies her, but Mr. Kat jumps up and spells the word correctly. The judge mistakes Mr. Kat for a talented spelling prodigy and invites him to represent the school in a state-wide spelling bee. Coop is outraged and tries to expose Mr. Kat's true identity, but no one believes him. In the end, Coop and Kat team up to try to win the spelling bee and prove that they are both winners in their own right.

Overall, Kid vs. Kat is a fun and entertaining show that blends elements of sci-fi, humor, and adventure.
