Jack and the gang face a new challenge when they are tasked with running the Bobby Wasabi dojo day care. The first day starts off smooth, but things quickly go awry when Brody, a mischievous child, arrives and causes chaos for the entire group.
Kim takes charge and tries to keep the kids in check, but Brody's antics prove to be too much for her. Meanwhile, Milton and Jerry try to win over Coyote, a young boy who is obsessed with space, by creating a makeshift rocket ship.
As the day progresses, the kids continue to cause chaos, and Jack is at a loss for how to handle them. His own childhood traumas resurface, and he struggles with the responsibility of caring for the children.
In an effort to calm the children down, the gang decides to hold a karate tournament among the kids. However, things take a turn when Brody challenges Jack to a fight. Jack is hesitant to fight a child, but ultimately realizes that he needs to show the kids that actions have consequences.
In the midst of the chaos, Rudy's prized possession, a signed autograph from his hero, is destroyed. Feeling defeated, Rudy considers giving up on the day care, but the kids rally around him and convince him to keep going.
In the end, the day care is a success, and the gang learns valuable lessons about responsibility, leadership, and the importance of never giving up.
