Ep 18. Dancing with the Enemy / Tattler's Tale

Dancing with the Enemy / Tattler's Tale is an episode from the first season of the animated TV show, Kick Buttowski - Suburban Daredevil. This episode features two distinct stories, both centered around the show's main character - Kick Buttowski or simply Kick.

In the first story, Dancing with the Enemy, Kick has to compete in a dance competition with his arch-nemesis - Brad, in order to win a brand new skateboard. Kick is not particularly fond of dancing and is also aware of Brad's skills on the dance floor. Nevertheless, he decides to enter the competition as he desperately wants the new skateboard.

Kick approaches his best friend, Gunther for help, who happens to be a skilled dancer. Gunther is more than happy to help his friend and offers to teach Kick some cool dance moves. Kick is not very confident initially, but with Gunther's guidance, he starts to learn the dance steps.

As the big day arrives, Kick and Brad gear up for the dance-off at the local mall. Kick is nervous, but he is also determined to win. The competition begins, and both Kick and Brad take turns to showcase their moves. Brad is impressive with his fancy footwork, but Kick surprises everyone with his unique style and his ability to improvise.

The judges announce the winner, and to everyone's surprise, Kick comes out on top. He wins the skateboard, and Brad is left fuming. Kick also realizes that he had fun, and that dancing might not be so bad after all.

In the second story, Tattler's Tale, Kick and his friends find themselves in a bit of a sticky situation. There is a new kid in town named Mouth, who has a reputation for being a tattletale. Mouth has been ratting out Kick and his friends to the school principal, Mrs. Chicarelli, for breaking school rules.

Kick and his friends decide that they need to teach Mouth a lesson, but they don't want to get into trouble with the principal. They come up with a plan to teach Mouth a lesson without getting caught. They hatch a plan to trick him into thinking that he has won a prize for being the school's best tattletale and that they are proud of him.

Mouth falls for their plan and is thrilled with his prize. But soon, he realizes that he has been tricked, and he is not happy about it. He storms off, warning Kick and his friends that he will get revenge.

Later on, Mouth gets into trouble with the principal himself and ends up being suspended from school. Kick and his friends feel guilty about what they did, and they decide to try and make amends. They visit Mouth and apologize for tricking him. Mouth is still upset but eventually forgives them.

Overall, Dancing with the Enemy / Tattler's Tale is an entertaining episode that showcases the fun and adventure that Kick and his friends experience on a regular basis. The episode also highlights some important life lessons about friendship, honesty, and following rules.
