Kick Buttowski is an action-comedy series that aired on Disney XD from 2010 to 2012. Created by Sandro Corsaro, the show follows the adventures of a young boy named Clarence "Kick" Buttowski, who dreams of becoming the world's greatest daredevil. Voiced by the talented Chris Edgerly, Kick faces a variety of challenges as he attempts to perform wild stunts and break records, all while dealing with his pesky siblings Bradley (Danny Cooksey) and Brianna (Emily Osment), and his best friend Gunther (Matt L. Jones). Along the way, Kick encounters a colorful cast of characters, including his idol, daredevil Extraordinaire, Bob Burnquist (John DiMaggio), and his arch-nemesis, the spoiled and arrogant Brad Buttowski (Eric Christian Olsen).
The series features a fast-paced and energetic style, with plenty of laughs and over-the-top action sequences that will keep viewers of all ages entertained. Each episode features a different daredevil challenge for Kick, ranging from racing down a ski slope on his bike, to attempting to jump over a shark tank on a skateboard. But no matter the stunt, Kick never backs down from a challenge, and always finds a way to come out on top.
The show also explores Kick's relationships with the people in his life, including his supportive and loving family, his loyal best friend Gunther, and even his rival Brad, who deep down, just wants to be friends.
Voiced by Maria Bamford, Kick's mother is a loving and caring homemaker, while his father (Ed O'Neill) works as a part-time sandwich delivery man and is often seen encouraging Kick to pursue his dreams. Kick's older brother, Brad, is the complete opposite of Kick, preferring to spend his time playing video games and is often dismissive of Kick's passion for extreme sports. But even he can't resist the thrill of a good stunt, and often finds himself drawn into Kick's adventures.
In addition to the main cast, the show features a talented group of supporting voice actors, including Kari Wahlgren, who provides the voice for Kick's love interest, Kendall Perkins, and Brian Stepanek, who lends his voice to Mr. Vickle, Kick's strict and no-nonsense teacher.
Overall, Kick Buttowski is a high-energy, fun-filled show that celebrates the spirit of adventure and the importance of pursuing your dreams. With its likable characters, wacky humor, and exciting action sequences, it's a show that's sure to entertain audiences of all ages.
