The Great Brain Robbery is the eighth episode of the second season of Justice League Unlimited. In this episode, the Justice League has a mission to stop Gorilla Grodd, a highly intelligent gorilla, from launching a missile that would turn everyone on Earth into apes. The team of superheroes uses their powers to stop Gorilla Grodd, but in the process, something strange happens.

The Flash, who has always been a somewhat bumbling and goofy member of the League, suddenly begins acting very peculiar. He starts speaking eloquently and using big words, styles his hair in a new way, and seems to know things that he shouldn't. Meanwhile, Lex Luthor, who is currently incarcerated in a maximum-security prison, starts acting like the Flash, complete with the silly jokes and humorous mannerisms.

The rest of the Justice League is confused and concerned about what is happening. They realize that the two have somehow switched bodies and must find a way to switch them back before it's too late. This proves to be a difficult task, as the two have very different goals: Lex wants to escape from prison, while the Flash wants to help his team stop Gorilla Grodd.

As the episode unfolds, the League scrambles to figure out how to right the body-swapping situation. The Atom ventures into Lex's prison cell in a tiny form to retrieve a device that may enable them to reverse the process, but they soon realize that they'll need more than just a piece of equipment to make the switch. The clock is ticking as Lex-as-Flash teams up with another villain to try and cause havoc in the League's headquarters, and the Flash-as-Lex struggles to convince his fellow prisoners that he's not actually the evil genius they think he is.

Ultimately, the episode resolves with a dramatic showdown between the League and Gorilla Grodd's army of apes. The two swapped heroes finally regain their proper bodies and the League defeats the villain. The Flash, humbled by his transformation, learns a important lesson about recognizing his own value and worth on the team, and the whole group is closer than ever before.

The Great Brain Robbery is one of the fan-favorite episodes of Justice League Unlimited because of its comedic tone and off-beat storyline. Fans appreciate the opportunity to see beloved characters portrayed in a new and unexpected way, and it's refreshing to see new facets of their personalities emerge. At the same time, the episode doesn't forget the importance of action and adventure, delivering a fascinating villain and epic battle sequence that keep viewers engaged until the very end. Overall, it's a must-see episode for fans of the Justice League franchise.
