Ep 3. Johnnyland / Johnny's Got a Brand New Dad

Johnny Test season 2 episode 3 consists of two stories, "Johnnyland" and "Johnny's Got a Brand New Dad". In "Johnnyland", Johnny and Dukey accidentally get turned into toy action figures and find themselves at the mercy of a young girl's playtime. They must figure out how to escape and return to their normal size before it's too late. Meanwhile, Susan and Mary are working on a shrinking formula which they hope will be able to reverse the effects.

In "Johnny's Got a Brand New Dad", Johnny becomes jealous when his father spends more time with his new friend than with him. In an effort to win his father's attention back, Johnny decides to create a new friend for his dad using one of his sisters' inventions. However, the plan backfires when the robot becomes too controlling and Johnny must find a way to stop it before it ruins his family's relationship forever.

Both stories contain the show's signature humor and wackiness, with Johnny and Dukey getting into all sorts of hijinks in "Johnnyland" and Johnny's misguided attempts to win back his father's love resulting in chaos in "Johnny's Got a Brand New Dad". Fans of the show will enjoy the usual antics of the Test family and their talking dog, as well as the addition of new characters and inventions. Overall, this episode is a fun and entertaining addition to the series.
