In the second part of "G.I. Jessie," the Ross kids continue to work with their new friend, Stewart, to prepare for his father's helicopter evacuation. Jessie takes charge, instructing the children on how to construct a landing pad and gather supplies for the rescue. However, they soon discover that their task is complicated by the arrival of an unexpected guest - a rival scout troop that is intent on proving themselves as the best in the area.
As tensions rise between the two groups, Jessie and the Ross kids must come up with a plan to outsmart their opponents and complete their mission. With the help of Stewart's vast knowledge of survival tactics, the kids devise a strategy that involves building a decoy landing pad to throw off the other scouts. However, as the deadline for the helicopter evacuation draws near, the situation becomes increasingly dangerous as the rival scouts begin to play dirty in their attempts to sabotage the Ross kids' progress.
Ultimately, the Ross kids are able to successfully complete their mission and Stuart and his father are rescued from the wilderness. Along the way, they learn valuable lessons about teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. With their adventure behind them, the kids return to the city with newfound confidence in their abilities and a deeper appreciation for the power of working together.
