And That's the Tooth / Big Jake's Team is the first episode of season 1 of Jay Jay the Jet Plane.
In the first segment, And That's the Tooth, Jay Jay and his friends are excited about the upcoming Tooth Fairy Festival. They decide to make special bags to hold their fallen teeth for the Tooth Fairy to collect. All of them except for Snuffy, who boasts about never losing a tooth. The next day, Snuffy realizes that he has lost his first tooth and is upset that he doesn't have a bag like his friends. Jay Jay and the others help Snuffy make a tooth bag, and they learn that losing a tooth is a natural part of growing up.
In the second segment, Big Jake's Team, Big Jake and his friends, Tuffy and Little Cat, decide to form a basketball team. They invite Jay Jay and the other planes to join, but when they can't fly as well as Big Jake, the other planes feel discouraged. Big Jake helps the planes realize that everyone has different strengths, and they work together to develop a game strategy that takes advantage of everyone's abilities. In the end, the planes and Big Jake's team have a close and exciting game.
