It's Okay, That's Love is a South Korean romantic drama that aired in 2014. The show revolves around the relationship between a successful mystery novelist, Jang Jae-yeol, played by Jo In-sung, and a psychiatrist, Ji Hae-soo, played by Gong Hyo-jin.

Episode 1 introduces us to the main characters and sets the stage for their eventual meeting. We are first introduced to Jang Jae-yeol as he's being interviewed on a talk show. He's charming and confident in front of the cameras, but as soon as he's off, he's plagued by a series of hallucinations that throw him into a panic. We soon discover that these hallucinations have been a part of his life for some time, and that he's been seeing a therapist named Jo Dong-min, played by Sung Dong-il.

Meanwhile, Ji Hae-soo is introduced as a talented psychiatrist who is finishing up her residency. We see her in action as she helps a young patient work through his fear of dogs. Hae-soo is brilliant in her field, but we also see that she can be cold and dismissive towards her colleagues and patients.

As the episode progresses, we get a glimpse of Jae-yeol's personal life as he interacts with his manager, who's also his best friend, and his housekeeper, who he's clearly close with. We also see that he has a bit of a playboy image, as he flirts with a woman he meets at a restaurant.

But despite his outward success, we see that Jae-yeol's mental health struggles are having a serious impact on his life. His hallucinations are becoming more frequent and intense, and he's starting to feel overwhelmed. When he visits Dr. Jo, he learns that his condition has worsened and that he needs to start a new treatment plan.

Hae-soo, on the other hand, is dealing with her own personal issues. We learn that she's just broken up with her long-term boyfriend, and she's feeling lost and unsure about her future. She decides to take a break from her job and moves into a guesthouse run by a quirky woman named Park Soo-kwang, played by EXO's D.O.

It's at this guesthouse that Jae-yeol and Hae-soo cross paths for the first time. The two have an awkward first encounter, but they quickly become drawn to each other. Hae-soo is intrigued by Jae-yeol's mysterious and enigmatic personality, while Jae-yeol is drawn to Hae-soo's warmth and empathy.

As the episode comes to a close, we see that both characters are struggling to come to terms with their own personal issues. Jae-yeol is unsure of how to deal with his worsening mental health, and Hae-soo is trying to figure out what direction she wants her life to take. But despite their struggles, there's a clear chemistry between them that suggests that they might be able to help each other through their difficulties.

Overall, episode 1 of It's Okay, That's Love does an excellent job of establishing the show's main characters and setting up the central romance. It's clear that the show is going to explore some heavy themes around mental illness and personal growth, but there's also a sense of fun and lightheartedness that keeps things from feeling too bleak. Fans of romantic dramas are sure to enjoy this compelling and engaging series.
