In season 2 episode 4 of "It's A Big Big World," titled "Things That Go Bump/What's That Smell," Snook discovers a mysterious bump on his head and is frightened that it might be a monster inside of him. Madge tries to calm him down, but even she is scared when she hears strange noises coming from inside Snook. Meanwhile, Smooch and Winslow go on a quest to find out what is causing a strange smell in the World Tree.

As Snook becomes more and more afraid of the monster inside of him, Madge tries to come up with a way to help him. She suggests that they talk to the wise old owl, who might know what is causing the bump. They make the perilous journey to the owl's tree, and when they arrive, the owl is surprised to see Snook with a bump on his head. The owl examines Snook and assures him that there is no monster inside of him, but just a harmless growth. Snook is relieved, and Madge and the owl help him to understand that sometimes things that we don't understand can seem scary, but we should always try to find out the truth before we jump to conclusions.

Meanwhile, Smooch and Winslow are on a mission to find out what is causing a terrible smell in the World Tree. They search high and low, sniffing out every nook and cranny, but they can't seem to find the source of the smell. They ask their animal friends if they know what it is, but no one has any idea. Finally, they come across a small hole in the tree, and when they investigate, they find that a family of skunks has moved in! The skunks are embarrassed by the smell they are causing and apologize to Smooch and Winslow. Together, they come up with a plan to move the skunks to a more appropriate location, where they can live happily without causing any more trouble.

In the end, Snook learns that sometimes we are afraid of things that we don't understand, and that it's okay to ask for help and find out the truth. Smooch and Winslow learn that sometimes things that seem negative, like a bad smell, can lead to positive outcomes, like making new friends. And Madge and the wise old owl remind us all that we should always approach the unknown with an open mind and a willingness to learn. "Things That Go Bump/What's That Smell" is a heartwarming episode that teaches valuable lessons about fear, curiosity, and acceptance.
