On the day of the event, Ariana Grande appeared on a special iPick My Faves-themed episode of Victorious. In this episode, Tori and the gang were backstage at the iPick My Faves show, waiting to perform a special musical number. While they were waiting, they watched clips of some of the top-voted episodes.

After the Victorious special, the iPick My Faves event officially began. The top-voted episodes of each show were aired in a back-to-back marathon. During commercial breaks, Ariana Grande introduced fun facts about the episodes and the shows they came from.

One of the standout moments of the event was the inclusion of a fan-favorite iCarly episode. This episode, called "iOMG", featured a cliffhanger ending that had fans speculating about the possible romance between two of the show's main characters, Carly and Freddie. Fans had been eagerly anticipating a resolution to this cliffhanger for months, and the iPick My Faves event gave them the chance to see the episode again while waiting for the new episode that would finally provide some answers.
