Zim is obsessed with the restaurant's disgusting food and wants to eat there all the time. But when he discovers that the owner of the restaurant has been serving food made from the meat of his customers, Zim decides to take matters into his own hands and shut down the restaurant for good.

The rest of the episode is a classic battle between Zim and the owner of Bloaty's Pizza Hog, with both characters engaging in all sorts of hilariously disgusting tricks to try to defeat each other. Ultimately, Zim is able to expose the owner's illegal activities and shut down the restaurant, but not before all sorts of gross stuff happens (including a human-eating pie).
