Ep 3. Requiem for Mr. Floppity

In Instant Mom season 2 episode 3 titled "Requiem for Mr. Floppity", Stephanie steps in as a chaperone for Gabby's school camping trip in the woods. She is determined to make this trip the best one yet for Gabby, but things quickly take a turn when Gabby's beloved stuffed animal Mr. Floppity goes missing.

Stephanie and the other parents do their best to find Mr. Floppity, but the search comes up empty. Gabby is devastated and refuses to sleep without her beloved companion. While Stephanie tries to console Gabby, she begins to question the parenting tactics of the other chaperones, who seem more interested in having a good time than taking care of the children.

As the night progresses, it becomes clear that the other chaperones are not able to handle the situation. Stephanie takes charge and rallies the group to search again for Mr. Floppity, and they finally find the stuffed animal in the laundry room. Gabby is beyond relieved, and Stephanie realizes that a good parent puts their child's needs above their own.

Meanwhile, Aaron is struggling with the fact that he has not received a promotion at work. He confides in James, who encourages him to speak up for himself and ask for what he wants. Aaron takes James' advice and musters up the courage to talk to his boss, who reveals that he has plans for Aaron's future at the company.

In the end, Stephanie reflects on her growth as a stepmom and realizes that even small victories such as finding Mr. Floppity can make a big difference in a child's life.
