Built in 1939, 650-acre Irvine Lake, located in the Saddleback Mountains is home to some of the best fishing to be found in Southern California. In no small part due to the lakes extensive stocking practices, as Lake Manager Steve Miller explains, with an average of 4,000 pounds of fish being introduced to the lake annually. Next, Theodore Kascokoe shows us how they raise catfish in the desert.
