Indebted is a comedy television series that premiered on NBC in February 2020. The show follows a couple, Dave and Rebecca, who are forced to move in with Dave's parents after coming into a financial crisis. Dave and Rebecca have just paid off their daughter's expensive school loans, but this leaves them in a precarious financial situation.

Upon moving in with his parents, Dave discovers that his parents are also facing financial problems, having taken out a second mortgage on their house to support their lavish lifestyle. With no money to their name, they plead with their son and his wife to help them pay off their debt.

The show stars Adam Pally as Dave, Abby Elliott as Rebecca, and Jessy Hodges as Joanna, Dave's sister. Each character brings their unique brand of humor to the show, with Dave being the straight man, Rebecca as the level-headed wife, and Joanna as the sarcastic and witty sister.

Dave's parents, Debbie and Stew, are played by Fran Drescher and Steven Weber, respectively. Debbie is a former socialite who loves spending money, while Stew is a former businessman who is now retired. Both are hilarious in their roles and often provide the show's most comedic moments.

Throughout the season, the family struggles to adapt to living together under the same roof. Dave and Rebecca must adjust to living in Stew and Debbie's lavish mansion while dealing with their constant demands for attention and money. Joanna, on the other hand, enjoys stirring up trouble and often finds herself in ridiculous situations.

Indebted is a great sitcom that explores the dynamics of a family facing financial troubles. The show doesn't take itself too seriously and provides plenty of laughs throughout. The cast is great, and each character is well-developed and brings something unique to the show.

Adam Pally gives a solid performance as Dave, a man who is trying to maintain his sanity while dealing with his parents' antics. His chemistry with Abby Elliott is perfect, and they play a believable couple who are learning to adapt to their new living situation.

Jessy Hodges is an excellent addition to the cast as Dave's sister, Joanna. Her quick wit and dry humor provide a great balance to the show's more slapstick moments. Fran Drescher and Steven Weber are both fantastic as Stew and Debbie, respectively. They both nail their roles and bring plenty of laughs to the show.

The show's writing is excellent, and each episode is well-paced and keeps the audience engaged. The humor is never forced and always feels natural, making the show a joy to watch.

Overall, Indebted is a great sitcom that provides plenty of laughs and explores the dynamics of a family facing financial troubles. The cast is fantastic, and each character brings something unique to the show. It's a perfect binge-worthy show for anyone looking for a good laugh.
