Makka Pakka's Stone Concert showcases the loveable Makka Pakka as he goes on another adventure with his friends in the Night Garden. In this episode, Makka Pakka is inspired by the beautiful stones he finds in the garden and decides to hold a concert with them. He arranges the stones in a circle and uses his trumpet to make music with the stones. As he plays, the other characters come to join him.
Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, and the Tombliboos all come to help Makka Pakka with his concert. Each character brings a unique instrument to add to the music that Makka Pakka is playing with the stones. Igglepiggle plays a drum, Upsy Daisy plays a flute, and the Tombliboos bring their brass instruments.
As they play together, the characters in the Night Garden start to dance to the music. The Haahoos start to bounce up and down, and the Pontipines do a little jig. The rest of the episode is dedicated to helping Makka Pakka find his missing stone. All of the characters search high and low, but they cannot find it anywhere. Upsy Daisy uses her flower trumpet to call out to the stone, but it does not respond. As night falls, the characters start to get tired and disheartened.
Just when they are about to give up, the stone suddenly reveals itself. It had been hiding in plain sight the whole time! The characters rejoice as Makka Pakka adds the final stone to the circle and starts playing again. This time, the music is even more beautiful and powerful than before.
As the episode comes to a close, the characters in the Night Garden settle down for a good night's rest. The music has brought them all together and reminded them of the beauty of the garden and the importance of friendship.
