Ep 36. Igglepiggle's Accident

In The Night Garden season 1 episode 36 titled "Igglepiggle's Accident" follows the lovable blue character Igglepiggle on his journey through the magical garden. The episode begins with Igglepiggle wandering through the garden, playing with his friends and enjoying the many wonders around him. However, as he is playing, he accidentally stumbles into a bush.

Igglepiggle is momentarily stunned and begins to feel pain in his foot. His friends, who have been playing nearby, rush to his side to see what is the matter. They quickly realize that Igglepiggle has hurt his foot and needs some help. The Tombliboos bring over a box of shapes and try to make Igglepiggle feel better by giving him a red triangle to hold onto.

However, despite the Tombliboos' best efforts, Igglepiggle's foot continues to hurt. The Pontipines then arrive, offering to help. They suggest that Igglepiggle try standing up and hopping around to see if that helps. Igglepiggle tries, but he immediately falls down and says that his foot is still hurting.

The Haahoos then appear, rolling around in the grass. They see Igglepiggle's distress and come to his side, offering him some comforting words. Despite their encouragement, Igglepiggle is still in pain and cannot seem to find any relief.

Just when things seem dire, the Ninky Nonk pulls up next to the group. The door opens and out pops Upsy Daisy. She sees that her friend is in distress and immediately goes to his side. She offers to carry him on her back while they find someone who can help.

So, Upsy Daisy takes Igglepiggle on a ride through the garden, searching for someone who can help him. Along the way, they meet all sorts of strange and interesting characters, from the Wottingers to the Tittifers. Despite their best efforts, however, they cannot seem to find someone who can help Igglepiggle.

As the night wears on, Upsy Daisy and Igglepiggle begin to get tired. They decide to make their way back to the garden and continue searching in the morning. But, to their surprise, as they are walking, they come across a familiar face - Makka Pakka.

Makka Pakka sees that Igglepiggle is hurt and immediately goes to work, trying to find a solution. He pulls out his soap and begins to wash Igglepiggle's foot. The washing seems to help, and Igglepiggle starts to feel better.

With Makka Pakka's help, Igglepiggle is finally able to find some relief from his pain. The two friends sit together, watching the stars as they twinkle in the night sky. And although Igglepiggle's foot is still a little sore, he knows that with the help of his friends, he will be able to make a full recovery.

As the episode comes to a close, the characters in the garden gather together, sharing in a wholesome and heartwarming moment of solidarity. They may all be different, but they are united in their love for each other and the magical world they inhabit. And, for Igglepiggle, he knows that he has his friends to thank for helping him through his difficult night.
