Mary Shannon is a U.S Marshal who escorts and protects witnesses in the Federal Witness Protection Program. In season 2 episode 11 of In Plain Sight, named Jailbait, Mary is assigned to protect a 16-year-old girl named Jamie who is set to testify against a drug dealer in court. Jamie is the daughter of a man who was recently killed by the dealer and she witnessed the crime.
