In the Impractical Jokers season 3 episode 6 titled "The Alliance," the four best friends and comedians, Q, Murr, Joe, and Sal, continue their hysterical challenges, pranks, and dares in front of unsuspecting people. This time, the episode begins with a flashback to when the guys started their show, and they talk about how getting a stranger to say a ridiculous phrase is one of their classic challenges.

The main challenge for this episode is to form teams of two and compete against each other in a scavenger hunt. However, each team is secretly given a partner from the show Different Strokes, Todd Bridges, who will be following them around and mimicking their every move. The guys' challenge is to make it seem like Bridges is their friend or partner, and if they fail, they lose some points. The teams have to complete different tasks like getting someone to high five Bridges, taking a picture with a grandmother, and even getting an old man to dance. The team with the most points at the end of the scavenger hunt wins.

The first task is for Murr and Sal, who have to get someone to perform a trust fall with Bridges. Murr pretends to be blind, while Sal plays along by acting like Murr's guide dog. The duo quickly finds a woman who is willing to participate, but they get a little carried away when they make Bridges jump off a chair, causing the woman to fall. Luckily, she is okay and still agrees to take the picture with the guys and Bridges.

Next up are Q and Joe, who have to get someone to slow dance with Bridges. The guys come up with a clever plan and pretend to be wedding planners for their brother's wedding. They show the "couple" the dance moves, but as soon as Bridges starts dancing, the man realizes he has been duped and walks away. Q and Joe manage to convince another couple to help them complete the task.

Meanwhile, Murr and Sal are having a hard time getting an old man to dance with Bridges. They find a man in a park, but he gets angry and threatens to call the cops. In the end, they manage to get a young man who is nearby to dance with Bridges instead.

Another task is for the teams to get someone to hold hands with Bridges while walking down the street. Q and Joe quickly realize that people are hesitant to hold hands with strangers, so they come up with the brilliant idea of getting two people to hold hands with each other and place Bridges' hands in theirs. Murr and Sal are struggling again, but they finally get a couple to hold Bridges' hands by acting like a family taking a walk.

In the final task, the teams have to get someone to serenade Bridges with a song. Murr and Sal manage to find a guy who is happy to sing to Bridges, but when Q and Joe find an old woman who starts singing off-key, they cannot stop laughing and lose the task. This means that Murr and Sal win the scavenger hunt, but the Jokers are unpredictable, so there are still two more challenges up their sleeves.

In the first punishment, Sal has to go to a business meeting with a client. The twist is that Murr and Joe are on the other side of the room, pulling his strings like a puppet. Sal must say and do whatever they tell him to without letting the client know what's really going on. It's a hilarious ordeal, and Sal does his best to act professional and composed, even when he's asked to dance or spin around.

In the second punishment, Q has to get food orders from customers and relay them back to the kitchen, but Murr and Joe are telling him what to say through an earpiece. The catch is that all of the phrases are sexual innuendos, and Q has to keep a straight face while saying them to the unsuspecting customers. It proves to be a difficult challenge, and Q can barely contain his laughter throughout the punishment.

Overall, "The Alliance" is a great episode that showcases the Jokers' skills in improvisation and ability to make people laugh out loud. The scavenger hunt and punishments are hilarious, and the addition of Bridges as an accomplice adds an extra layer of fun to the show. This is a must-watch episode for fans of the series.
