In Poor Taste Buds is the 25th episode of season 3 of the hit reality comedy show Impractical Jokers. The show features four lifelong friends, Joe, Sal, Murr, and Q, who challenge each other to embarrassing and outrageous dares in public. The loser of each challenge receives a punishment that is determined by the other three.
In this episode, the Jokers start off by having to pose as employees at a buffet restaurant, where they have to offer customers some of the most bizarre and unappetizing foods imaginable. The guys have to be creative and come up with some strange concoctions like Jello made out of cow's blood, and sushi rolls filled with trash.
Next up, the Jokers head to a park, where they try and convince strangers to join in on a three-legged race with them. The twist? The losing team will have to do something embarrassing in front of everyone at the park.
Later in the episode, the Jokers head to a karaoke bar, where they have to sing embarrassing and uncomfortable songs in front of a packed crowd. Things get really interesting when they have to dance to these songs wearing ridiculous costumes.
In another hilarious challenge, the Jokers have to ask strangers to sign petitions for made-up causes, such as banning the use of vowels in the English language. The catch? The petition makes no sense, and the other Jokers are feeding them lines to say while talking to strangers.
To wrap up the episode, the Jokers are surprised by a celebrity guest who comes in to help them with their punishment. They have to work together in a restaurant, where they have to serve customers while wearing humiliating costumes. The catch? The celebrity guest is the only one who knows what they have to do, and is giving them instructions through a hidden earpiece.
