Carly and her friends create a dating profile for her, but when they accidentally pick a bad boy, Carly pushes the envelope on their rules and nearly gets herself in over her head. Meanwhile, Spencer volunteers to help fix Carly's lawnmower and becomes the object of desire for Gibby's attractive and friendly mother. However, after a few mishaps, Spencer begins to think that he is just being used for labor by Gibby's mother, and he begins to worry about her intentions. As Carly continues to date her new boyfriend, she becomes wary of his true intentions and begins to question whether she should continue seeing him.
