Ep 9. Jennifer / Neely Ann

Jennifer / Neely Ann is an emotional episode of I Survived season 6 that tells the gripping stories of two women who miraculously survived death. The second story in this episode follows Neely Ann, a young mother who was abducted and held captive by a man who had been stalking her for months. Neely Ann's nightmare began one evening when she left her job as a waitress and headed to her car. As she got in, she realized that someone was hiding in the back seat, and before she could scream, she was grabbed and thrown into the trunk.

Neely Ann was driven to a remote location and held captive by her abductor for three long days. During this time, he terrorized her, threatening to kill her and assaulting her repeatedly. Neely Ann was determined to survive, and she spent hours strategizing how to escape. In the end, she was able to trick her abductor into letting his guard down just long enough for her to make a run for it.

Both Jennifer and Neely Ann's stories are incredibly inspiring, as they both fought against incredible odds to survive. Despite the trauma they each experienced, both women have been able to thrive in the years since their incidents and have become advocates for other survivors of violence.
