With limited supplies and no knowledge of how to survive in the wild, Johanna clung to life for five long days, battling hunger, thirst, and freezing temperatures. The episode follows Johanna's incredible journey as she fights to stay alive and ultimately makes her way back to civilization.

Both Crystal and Johanna's stories are a testament to the resilience of the human spirit.
