Terry, Anne & Debbi, Earleen is the second episode in the fourth season of the survival show, I Survived. This episode features four women who each face a harrowing experience that they miraculously lived to tell.
The first segment, Terry, begins with Terry and her husband going on a camping trip in the wilderness. They set up camp and enjoy their first night in the great outdoors. However, their outdoor adventure takes a dangerous turn when they encounter a lone Grizzly bear. The bear charges at Terry and her husband, and while they try to flee, Terry's husband is mauled. In a desperate attempt to save her husband, Terry uses bear spray to fend off the animal. After several terrifying minutes, the bear leaves, and Terry is left alone in the wilderness with a severely injured husband.
The second story, Anne & Debbi, follows two women who were abducted at gunpoint by a man. The two women were on a shopping trip when they became victims of a carjacking. The man drove them to a secluded location and sexually assaulted them before leaving them for dead. The women, naked and injured, managed to flag down a passing car and were rescued.
In the third story, Earleen, a mother of four, was home alone with her children when her house was invaded by a man with a shotgun. The man held Earleen and her children hostage, repeatedly threatening to kill them. Earleen's quick thinking and tenacity helped her to keep herself and her children safe until the attacker was apprehended.
Throughout each story, the women recount their experiences in vivid detail, describing the moments when they thought they would not make it out alive. Witnessing their bravery, ingenuity, and determination in the face of death is both awe-inspiring and humbling.
