Lucy, Ricky, Fred, and Ethel are planning a trip to Hawaii. Ethel suggests that they take a boat to Hawaii instead of flying, and Ricky agrees. However, when they board the boat, they find that it is a mail freighter with a crew of only five men. The ship's captain warns them that the boat is carrying valuable mail and that they must not touch anything.
After several days at sea, a storm hits and the boat sinks. Lucy, Ricky, Fred, and Ethel are the only survivors and wash up on a deserted island. They quickly realize that they are completely alone, with no food or water and no means of communicating with the outside world.
The four of them try to make the best of their situation by rationing their supplies and trying to find food and water on the island. However, tensions begin to rise as they become more desperate and realize that they may have to live on the island for an extended period of time.
Lucy, always the optimist, tries to keep their spirits up with her zany antics. She tries to catch fish by using a hat as bait and sings songs to keep everyone entertained. Ricky, on the other hand, becomes more and more frustrated with their situation and begins to blame Fred and Ethel for their predicament.
As time passes, the group begins to adapt to their new environment. They build shelters, make fire, and find ways to catch fish. However, their biggest challenge comes when they discover that they are not alone on the island. They come face to face with a tribe of native islanders, who are wary of outsiders and do not welcome their presence.
The episode ends with the group trying to figure out how to communicate with the native islanders and prevent any conflict. Will they be able to come to an understanding and survive on the island? Tune in to find out!
