Lucy and Ricky Ricardo are excited when they receive a baby stroller as a gift from their friend, Dorothy. However, Lucy quickly realizes that they don't have any baby pictures to put in the carriage. Determined to have photos of their child, Lucy convinces Ricky to let her borrow his old camera and takes a series of pictures of their newborn son, Little Ricky, in various poses.
As Lucy proudly shows off the photos to their friends and family, they begin to notice that the baby looks different in each picture. Convinced that the baby is growing at an alarming rate, Lucy and Ricky take him to the doctor, who confirms that he is just fine and that Lucy's amateur photography skills are to blame.
Meanwhile, Fred and Ethel Mertz decide to take up bird watching and ask Lucy to watch their beloved canary, Tweety. Chaos ensues when Tweety escapes from his cage and flies into the Ricardo's apartment, causing Lucy and Ricky to frantically search for the missing bird.
As the search for Tweety continues, Lucy realizes that the bird has flown out the window and into a neighboring apartment. Determined to retrieve Tweety, Lucy disguises herself as a cleaning lady and sneaks into the neighboring apartment. When the real cleaning lady arrives, chaos ensues as Lucy tries to avoid being caught and retrieve Tweety.
In the end, Lucy and Ricky are relieved to have found Tweety and are thrilled to have a collection of baby pictures to cherish forever. This episode showcases Lucy's boundless energy and determination, as well as her comedic timing and knack for getting into hilarious situations.
