I Can See Your Voice is a musical game show that premiered on Fox in September 2020. The show is hosted by comedian and actor Ken Jeong, who most viewers will know from the Hangover film series and Community sitcom, and features celebrity panelists Cheryl Hines, a comedic actress best known from Suburgatory and Curb Your Enthusiasm, and Adrienne Houghton, a singer and actress famous for her work with The Cheetah Girls and The Real.

The premise of the show sounds deceptively simple: each episode opens with one contestant being presented with a group of six mystery singers. The contestant's task is to identify which of the singers are good or bad, without any clues or context about their singing abilities. At this point, the show can be compared to the auto-tune-based meme "Is This Your Voice?" However, the twist is that the contestant has to do this without hearing the singers sing - hence they truly cannot rely on their own judgement. With only a few visual clues and hints given by some of the singers, the contestant must try to make accurate judgments on who the talented singers are.

The format of the show is a series of "rounds" in which the contestant must whittle down the group of singers and ultimately select one who will perform a duet with a famous singer. Along the way, the contestant has the opportunity to seek advice from the panelists, whose job is to offer their opinions on the singers' talent as well as guide the contestant in their decision-making process.

It's important to note that, although the central mechanic of the show revolves around guessing which of the singers can sing without hearing them, the actual singing performances by the contestants and special guests are excellent. Despite the silly premise, the show is ultimately a celebration of music and good-spirited fun. The energetic dance numbers and duets are a joy to watch, and the (sometimes) surprising vocal performances will leave audiences at home stunned.

One of the most impressive aspects of I Can See Your Voice is the quality and production value of the show itself. Bright neon sets and flashing LED lights create a vibrant, energetic atmosphere that is perfectly suited for the musical performances. Meanwhile, the use of sound effects and dramatic music cues add a level of intensity to the proceedings and keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

The humor on the show is also noteworthy. The celebrity panelists are a joy to watch as they try to decipher who can actually sing, and their quips and one-liners are often laugh-out-loud funny. Ken Jeong is a particularly excellent host, seamlessly transitioning between moments of comedy and drama and keeping the show running smoothly.

Overall, I Can See Your Voice is a show that is well worth watching. It's captivating, energetic, and will leave viewers smiling from ear to ear. Whether you're a fan of music shows or not, this one is worth your time. Its unique twist on the traditional talent-show format and its commitment to good-natured hijinks make it one of the most fun shows on television right now.
