Ep 2. The Mourner's Kaddish

In "Hunters" season 1, episode 2, titled "The Mourner's Kaddish," we see the aftermath of the previous episode's events as Jonah is still reeling from the discovery of his grandmother's past as a Holocaust survivor and her involvement in a group of Nazi hunters led by Meyer Offerman.

During the service, the group of Nazi hunters, including Meyer, offer Jonah their condolences and discuss Ruth's contribution to their cause. Meanwhile, it is revealed that a former Nazi doctor, known as "The Surgeon," is still alive and living in America. Jonah's friend, Lonny, who works as a grave digger, discovers that a recently deceased person in his cemetery was a victim of The Surgeon's experiments. This leads Jonah and Lonny on a dangerous quest to apprehend The Surgeon and bring him to justice.

Back at the funeral service, Jonah's wire is discovered, and he is forced to flee with the Nazi hunters in pursuit. The episode ends with a shocking revelation about Jonah's family history and the true identity of one of the Nazi hunters.

Overall, "The Mourner's Kaddish" is a tense and action-packed episode that further develops the show's complex characters and plot. As the hunters continue their quest to take down the remaining Nazis hiding in America, they must also confront their own inner demons and question the morality of their methods.
