Ep 3. Ikalgo x And x Lightning

Gon and Killua continue their mission to infiltrate the underground auction and retrieve items that belonged to the father of their friend, Kurapika. Meanwhile, the Phantom Troupe, a group of ruthless thieves, are also present at the auction. The two groups are on a collision course as they both seek valuable items up for bid.

In this episode, the focus shifts to a new character introduced at the end of the previous episode: Ikalgo. Ikalgo is a Chimera Ant who was working for the Phantom Troupe but ended up betraying them. He is on the run and finds himself hiding in a room filled with antique guns that are up for auction. However, he soon realizes that he is not alone in the room.

At the same time, Killua and Gon are making their way through the crowded auction floor. They spot a familiar face among the bidders - Mizaistom Nana, one of the members of the Hunter Association. Nana is also after the same items as Gon and Killua but is unaware of their true motives.

As Ikalgo hides in the room, he overhears a conversation between two Phantom Troupe members - Shalnark and Kortopi. They are discussing the items they intend to bid on and Ikalgo realizes that one of the items is a rare antique gun that he knows well. Sensing an opportunity to gain favor with the hunters and possibly betray the Phantom Troupe, Ikalgo decides to take matters into his own hands.

Ikalgo attempts to retrieve the rare antique gun before the auction begins, but he is caught by one of the auction house guards, who happens to be a former comrade of his. The guard is loyal to the Phantom Troupe and attempts to kill Ikalgo. However, Ikalgo is able to convince him to let him go by revealing that he has betrayed the Troupe and wants to help the hunters.

As the auction begins, the tension between Gon, Killua, and Nana, and the Phantom Troupe members reaches a boiling point. The Troupe members are on high alert as they suspect that someone may be after their prized possessions. Meanwhile, Ikalgo is watching the events from a distance, waiting for his chance to strike.

Eventually, the Troupe members bid on the prized gun, but Ikalgo is able to tamper with the bidding process by using his unique abilities. He causes a power outage just as the bidding is about to close, giving him the chance to grab the gun and escape undetected.

The episode ends with Ikalgo making his way to Gon and Killua, revealing that he has the antique gun they were looking for and that he wants to help them in their mission. The three of them decide to team up and take on the Phantom Troupe together.

"Ikalgo x And x Lightning" is an action-packed episode that introduces a new character to the series and sets up a number of exciting storylines for the rest of the season.
