Hungry Investors is a popular American reality television series that premiered on Spike TV in 2014. The show revolves around top restaurant consultants and owners, Jon Taffer, Tiffany Derry, and John Besh. Together, they travel across the United States to help struggling restaurant owners fix their businesses, make healthy profits and ultimately succeed in the competitive industry.

Hungry Investors consists of thirteen episodes, each featuring a different restaurant in need of help. At the start of each episode, the team visits a restaurant to assess the critical issues that are harming its profitability. During their visits, Taffer, Derry and Besh first experience the food and service themselves, before examining the restaurant's finances and operations.

Once the initial assessment is complete, the team works with the restaurant owners to rebrand, redecorate and reimagine the business for the better. This includes renaming the restaurant, revamping the menu, creating more efficient work systems and training the staff in hospitality and customer service.

Throughout the process, the owners are confronted with tough decisions, personal confrontations and difficult choices, as they are called on to implement drastic changes and work together towards success. The show also features interviews with the owners, as well as with employees and customers, giving an inside glimpse of the restaurant's daily operations, culture, and vibe.

Each episode culminates in a final test where the owners have to present their new and improved restaurant to a panel of investors who sample the food, the service and the overall experience. The investors then decide if they want to invest or not
