Meanwhile, Teddy runs off after being threatened with arrest if he didn't pay for a piece of candy that he gave a child, so he gets his hair shaven off in order to try to avoid the police. When Huff finds Teddy, he realizes that he isn't going to be able to get Teddy back home without identification, so Huff swallows his pride and he asks Russel to forge a driver's license for Teddy and bring it down to Tijuana.
