They are looking for a modern, spacious home with plenty of great features, such as a gourmet kitchen and a large backyard. As they tour different homes with their real estate agent, they are impressed by some but disappointed by others. They also struggle to come to a decision on the style of home they want, as Sara prefers a more traditional look while John prefers a more modern aesthetic. As they weigh each option, they will ultimately come to a choice that works for both of them.
