Ep 6. Sayonara Small Space

The home has a spacious and open layout over three levels, with plenty of natural light and an updated kitchen. It also has a private backyard that would be perfect for their dog. The couple both agree that this home ticks all of the boxes for them when it comes to space, layout, and location, and the price is within their budget.

After seeing all three properties, Rachel and Tim are torn between the cozy character home and the modern townhouse. While both properties have their pros and cons, they ultimately go with the townhouse, as it has everything they are looking for in their dream home.
