Ep 151. Young Couple Looks for a Fresh Start in Las Vegas

A young couple from California is relocating to Las Vegas in search of a fresh start. The couple, Rachel and David, have been living with David's parents and are tired of the cramped living conditions. They have a budget of $350,000 and are looking for a modern home with an open floor plan. Rachel is a graphic designer and David is a musician, so they need space for a home office and a music studio.

Their real estate agent, Jessica, shows them three different properties in their desired area. The first home is a two-story, three-bedroom house with a large backyard and pool. The second home is a four-bedroom, two-story house with a loft and a landscaped backyard.
