Ep 8. Frankenstunt/What About Blob?

In episode 8 of Hotel Transylvania: The Series season 1, titled “Frankenstunt/What About Blob?”, the characters embark on two separate adventures.

In “Frankenstunt,” Mavis is excited to perform a dangerous stunt for the guests of the hotel, but Drac is concerned for her safety and tries to discourage her from going through with it. In an attempt to prove her bravery and independence, Mavis enlists the help of Hank to create a fake “Frankenstunt” that she can perform without Drac’s knowledge. Meanwhile, Drac and Pedro team up to try and stop Mavis before she accidentally hurts herself.

In “What About Blob?,” a purple blob-like creature named Blobby arrives at the hotel seeking refuge from a group of angry villagers. Despite protests from Drac, the other monsters take pity on Blobby and allow him to stay at the hotel. However, things quickly take a turn for the worse when Blobby starts wreaking havoc and causing chaos all throughout the hotel. It’s up to Mavis and her friends to come up with a plan to contain and control the mischievous Blobby before he destroys everything in his path.

As the two stories unfold, viewers are treated to the show’s signature blend of humor and heart, as well as appearances from familiar characters like Drac, Mavis, and Pedro. “Frankenstunt/What About Blob?” showcases the unique world that the Hotel Transylvania franchise has created, with its mix of classic monster tropes and modern twists.
