Harriet, the head of PR, is tasked with handling the various media requests that are coming in from different parts of the world. She has to manage several interviews with the guests, ensuring that the hotel's reputation is not at stake. In the midst of all this, she is also trying to manage her personal life, trying to find a way to tell her boss that she is pregnant.

One of the hotel's valets, Tony, is caught on his day off trying to steal a bottle of champagne from the hotel's bar. He is caught by the bartender, who threatens to report him to Charlie. Tony pleads with the bartender for another chance, promising to return the stolen goods, but it remains to be seen whether he can redeem himself.
