A mighty red T-Rex rampages through Hot Wheels City, flinging cop cars and letting Chase and Elliot know there's a new king in town. / It's a Hot Wheels heist as Draven disguises himself with different cars while attempting a daring bank robbery. / Draven unleashes all of his dinos at once, but Chase and Elliot are determined to save the city from dino disaster.
