Elsewhere, Seok-Hyeong is beset with a familial crisis as he discovers some critical news about his family from his father. This news causes him to become quite irritable, and he lashes out at his colleagues, who try to calm him down.

Another major subplot of the episode revolves around Myung-Soo, a dentist and the group's songwriter, who is struggling to come up with a hit song for his upcoming concert. A visit to the dentist seems to provide Myung-Soo with the inspiration he needs, but his creative process is frequently sidetracked by various distractions, including his neighbors' noisy dog.

Finally, the episode ends with a cliffhanger as we see a new patient being rushed into the hospital's ER, and the doctor's racing against time to save their life.
