Outside of the hospital, we see more of the doctors' personal lives. Jeong-won's family is pushing him to get married, but he is hesitant as he feels like he doesn't have time for a relationship. Meanwhile, Jun-wan is trying to juggle his responsibilities as a doctor with his duties as a guardian when a young man named Min-ha comes to stay with him.

The episode is not all serious, however, as we get to see some of the more lighthearted moments between the doctors. There is a hilarious scene where they all gather together to watch a soccer match and we see their competitive sides come out. The doctors also have fun with each other in the cafeteria and manage to find some joy amidst the tension of their work.

Overall, Hospital Playlist season 1 episode 10 is a moving episode that showcases the doctors' dedication to their patients and each other.
