Faith's Maid is the nineteenth episode of season one of Hope & Faith. The show is a comedy series that aired from 2003-2006.
In this episode, Faith is forced to hire a maid when she realizes she can't keep up with the housework. She hires a Ukrainian woman named Olga, who seems to be a bit of a mystery to everyone. Despite her odd behavior, Olga is a fantastic maid, and the family quickly grows to love her.
Things take a turn when Hope, Faith's sister, decides to snoop through Olga's things. She finds a passport and accuses Olga of being in the country illegally. Olga is hurt and offended at the accusation, so Faith decides to do some investigating of her own.
During her investigation, Faith discovers that Olga is, in fact, an illegal immigrant. She decides to help Olga stay in the country by marrying her off to her friend's cousin, who needs a green card. Faith thinks that this is a foolproof plan, but things quickly spiral out of control.
As the wedding approaches, Olga is becoming more and more agitated. Faith realizes that Olga is in love with the family's nosy neighbor, who is also an illegal immigrant. Faith decides to help the two of them get together, but things don't quite go according to plan.
In the end, both Olga and the neighbor get deported, leaving the family without a maid, but still grateful for the time they shared with Olga. The episode ends with Hope and Faith realizing that sometimes, the best course of action is to just do the right thing, even if it's not the easiest thing.
Overall, this episode is a fun and lighthearted look at the lengths some people will go through to stay in the country they love. It's also a great reminder that sometimes, we need to stand up for what's right, even if it's not convenient.
